In our group Sound Baths you come and get cozy in your space for the session and relax and let go for an hour as we lull you into your meditation state of mind with the gentle tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Voice and more.
Sound Bath Meditations are active Meditations; unlike the traditional Buddhist (passive) Meditation where the focus is on clearing your mind, in a Sound Meditation, your mind naturally slows down and the chatter stops as the brain is led to its Theta State by the sounds. The tones are produced around you or sometimes directly on your body, which naturally relaxes and centres the mind. The vibrations that are produced go to work on calling attention to any areas of imbalance within you, which your body then clears with its natural healing ability. Raising your vibrations, deeply relaxing, profoundly healing and always enjoyable. |

Mixing exercise & meditation
Yoga SoundIn these bespoke sessions we combine gentle yoga poses (specially selected for you) to release areas of tightness or discomfort then follow that with a targeted Sound Massage using Tibetan singing bowls for a deep release.
